BEEVILLE, Texas - The Tyler Junior College women's volleyball team won its fourth straight match, sweeping Coastal Bend 3-0 on Thursday, Sept. 11.
The Apaches improved to 5-7 overall and 2-0 in conference play. The Cougars dropped to 5-7 and 0-2 in conference play.
Calee Carter led the Apaches' offense with 17 kills on 38 attempts. Setter Lauren Pyle continued her strong season with 29 assists.
Next up, the Apaches return home to face Blinn College on Monday, Sept. 15. First serve is set for 6 p.m.
