Softball Dominates Series Against Ranger
Apache softball delivered a dominant series sweep over Ranger College, showcasing their offensive power, solid defense, and pitching depth.
Game 1: Offensive Power on Full Display
In Game 1, TJC unleashed a relentless offensive attack, racking up 15 runs on 17 hits to cruise to an easy victory. The Apaches' offense was in high gear from the start, with key contributions from nearly every member of the lineup.
Jolie Bazan was a standout, going 3-for-3 with 3 RBIs, including two doubles. Her speed on the base paths and clutch hitting put pressure on Ranger College from the start. Ky-Li Alonzo was equally impressive, going 3-for-4 with 3 RBIs, helping extend the lead at key moments.
Ileana Hernandez powered up with a 3-RBI home run in the 3rd inning, adding to the Apaches' lead, and Mallory Kniffen also contributed with an RBI. Sydney Farmer also had a huge day at the plate, going 2-for-5 with a home run and 2 RBIs.
Daniela Gutierrez added to the offensive onslaught with a 2-run home run, while Piper Morton contributed a 3-run homer in the 7th inning to cap off a massive rally.
