TYLER, Texas – Tyler Junior College men's soccer team continued its unbeaten run Wednesday afternoon with a 6–0 victory over Dallas College Richland at Pat Hartley Field.
TJC (9-0-1) took control early and never looked back. Kshaine Gordon opened the scoring in the 37th minute off an assist from Toby Snook to give the Apaches a 1–0 halftime lead.
The offense erupted in the second half with five goals. Lasse Ornberg netted back-to-back goals in the 47th and 56th minutes, both assisted by Marc Perkuhn. Diego Ruiz and Knox Hicks each added goals of their own, with Hicks finding the net twice to close out the scoring.
Goalkeeper Joe Pollard recorded a clean sheet, making two saves as TJC's defense limited Richland to just two shots on goal.
