Apaches Split Series in Hard-Fought Battle Against the Roadrunners

TJC Apaches put up a strong showing in their two-game series, bouncing back from a tough 20-8 loss in Game 1 to secure a solid 10-5 victory in Game 2. Despite the setback in the first game, the Apaches displayed resilience and offensive firepower to split the series.

Game 1: Tough Loss for the Apaches

TJC Apaches started strong but struggled defensively, allowing a big inning that proved too much to overcome. Despite the loss, several Apache hitters put up solid performances. Grayson Lincecum led the charge with two hits, including a double, and two stolen bases. Lathan Van Ausdall also contributed with two hits and two RBIs, keeping the Apaches in the game early on.

Micah Roberts showcased his power, blasting a home run while driving in three runs. Landry Stamps added to the offense with two hits and an RBI, while James Raecek chipped in with a hit, a walk, and a run scored. The Apaches' offensive depth was evident, but defensive miscues proved costly.
