Bio

Jacob Clark is an experienced Athletic Trainer with a passion for sports and healthcare, currently working at Christus Trinity Mother Frances/TJC, providing care for the football and softball teams. Prior to this, he served as an Athletic Trainer at UT Health East Texas/University of Texas at Tyler in 2021-2022, specializing in men’s basketball and women’s golf. From 2019 to 2021, Jacob was the Head Athletic Trainer at Cisco College, overseeing all sports programs.

Jacob also served as Head Athletic Trainer at Peak Performance Physical Therapy/Parkview Baptist High School in Baton Rouge, LA, from 2018 to 2019, working with athletes across all sports. He earned a Master of Science in Athletic Training from Stephen F. Austin State University, where he studied from 2016 to 2018.

Before pursuing a career in athletic training, Jacob was a dedicated baseball player. He played at the University of Texas at Tyler from 2014 to 2016, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the same institution. Jacob also played baseball at Angelina College and Cedar Valley College between 2012 and 2014, where he received an Associate of Arts degree.

Originally from Southeast Texas, Jacob graduated from Jasper High School in 2012 and has since built a career that combines his love for sports and commitment to helping athletes perform at their best.
