Traveling to TJC from the North (Paris, TX)
1) From Paris, take U.S. 69 south through Mineola and Lindale.
2) Approximately 8 miles south of the Interstate 20 intersection with U.S. 69 in Lindale, you will come to Tyler's Loop 323. Turn left [East] onto Loop 323 and continue to follow the loop, clockwise around, for approximately 5 miles, until you pass over railroad tracks and then come to a traffic light. At this light, you must turn left or right. Turn right (this is the continuation of Loop 323).
3) You will pass through an additional three traffic lights and then turn right at the fourth one, which will be Fifth Street, or U.S. 64.
4) Take Fifth Street west, passing one traffic light. After you pass the first light, get into the right lane. At the second light (approximately 1.5 miles from the U.S. 64 & Loop 323 intersection) turn right. You will see Pat Hartley Field as well as the parking lots on your right hand side. Every parking lot (except for the Tyler Museum of Art) will be available. Wagstaff Gymnasium is located on Apache Pass across from the Tyler Museum of Art.
From Mt. Pleasant/Pittsburg/Gilmer/Gladewater
1) Travel on U.S. 271 south to Tyler.
2) As you approach Tyler, you will see The University of Texas Health Center at Tyler on your right. Approximately 3 miles from UT Health Center, you will see a flashing yellow light. Turn left and head south-southwest on Loop 323.
3) You will pass through four traffic lights and then turn right at the fifth one, which will be Fifth Street, or U.S. 64.
