 Awards: Tyler Junior College:  2009 NJCAA Division I Women's Soccer National Championship team and Women's Soccer National Coach of the Year.   Belhaven College: 2004 GCAC Coach of the Year, team GPA above 3.0 every year, coached GCAC 2004 Player of the Year, coached 20 1st Team All-GCAC players, and coached 14 Academic All-Americans. Midwestern State University: 2002 undefeated regular season, 2001-03 26-game unbeaten streak, and 2-time (2001, 2002) Lone Star Conference Champions. Warsaw Community High School: coached 19 All-Conference players, coached 4 All-Region players, coached 1 All-State player, 1997 Regional Coach of the Year, 1997 Northern Lakes Conference Coach of the Year, and 1997 State Semi-Finalist. Grace College (Player): 1 NCCAA National Tournament appearance, 1 NAIA Regional Final, NCCAA 1st Team All-American (90-92), NAIA All-District (90-92), All-Mid East (90-92), All-MCC (90-92), 6th All-Time in goals scored with 46, and 6th All-Time in total points awarded with 111.
 Personal: Has been married since 1992 to the former Tammy O'Conner and has 3 children: daughter Kennedy Mae (12), son Macguire Michael (8), and daughter Emerson Elaine (5).
