Coaching Experience: Compiled a 282-58-12 record in 18 seasons between Meridian Community College (134-36-4 in 8 years) and Tyler Junior College (148-22-8 in 9 years).
Awards: Inducted into the Men's Soccer Coaches Hall of Fame in 2009; National Championships in 2000 (Meridian), in 2009 (Tyler), and in 2010 (Tyler) in 6 National Tournament appearances. Became the only coach to win a Men's Soccer National Championship with 2 different NJCAA Division I programs; three-time National Coach of the Year; 12 Regional and 6 District Championships; 7 time Region Coach of the Year; 6 time District Coach of the Year; has coached 30 All-Americans, 43 All-District players, and 18 players who have gone on to play professional soccer; serves as the president of the National Junior College Soccer Coaches Association and is a member of the NJCAA Ranking and All-American Committees. Has coached 4 players who are now in the NJCAA Hall of Fame and 3 who received National Player of the Year awards.
