TJC's men's golf team claimed the Region 14 title by defeating Texarkana, Paris and Lon Morris today.  TJC shot a three round total of 858 to finish two shots ahead of Texarkana.  Their score placed them 6th at the NJCAA District 2 Championships, which was held at the same time.   McLennan's score of 841 was enough for the District title, winning by three shots over Odessa College.
