Tyler Junior College baseball was signing players coming and going today, as Apache and former Lee pitcher Blake Worthen signed a scholarship with Southeastern Oklahoma State, while Brownsboro ace Keaton Parsell signs to play with TJC this coming year.
 

For both players, the Apaches 2007 National Championship was a big moment.
 
"We can honestly say that in the two years we were here," Worthen said, "we accomplished more than anybody has in this program. It's exciting to be able to say that, and I'll take these memories with me the rest of my life."
 
"I actually came to their National Championship game," Parsell said. "It was pretty awesome to be there."
 
Worthen is one of seven Apache sophomore who have signed to complete their education at four-year schools.
