OXFORD, Ohio -- CORY BROWN, a talented 6-5, 290-pound offensive tackle from Grand Prairie, Texas, and Tyler (Texas) Junior College, has joined Coach Michael Haywood's 2010 football team.
Haywood says his newest RedHawk will be eligible this season to play and could definitely challenge for a starting job at the all-important left tackle position.
"He was an unbelievable pass protector in high school and in junior college," said Haywood. "He needs to improve his skills as a run blocker, but he's certainly capable of doing that. We're very fortunate that Cory was interested in joining our team."
